Who We Are
Duncan Solutions is a full-service transportation management company and a leading provider of parking and tolling management solutions. We support municipal and commercial clients with citation processing, debt collection, DMV registered owner identification, back office transaction processing, image review, customer service center and customer experience (CX) operations, and integrated on-street parking management services.
Our History
Since 1936, Duncan has been in the business of providing transportation solutions for hundreds of clients.
2023
Duncan wins the inaugural Collection Agency of the Quarter Award presented by North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA).
2022 and 2023
At the annual IPMI Parking & Mobility Conference & Expo events, Duncan hosts dozens of Boys & Girls Clubs of America members and staff, giving them unique access to the mobility industry and raising more than $65,000 for clubs in the New Orleans and Dallas areas. Duncan celebrates its 85th anniversary.
2019
The Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) selects Duncan as its new servicing partner, marking our largest new-client win to date. Six months later, the PPA also selects us as one of three partners for its secondary collections program.

Duncan joins Navient, tapping into the financial and technology strength of a business processing leader.
2008
Duncan acquires Law Enforcement Systems (LES), a leading provider of collections and DMV data management services in the U.S.

Duncan Solutions is formed by the merger of Duncan Parking Technologies*, Citation Management, Enforcement Technology, and Reino Parking Systems.
1998
Citation Management teams with Enforcement Technology to win the parking ticket processing and collections contract in Milwaukee.
1990
Reino International commences multi-space meter business.
1986
Enforcement Technology introduces the first AutoCITE automated parking enforcement handheld.
1936
Duncan introduces its first parking meter.
