Duncan is owned by Metapoint Partners and Management.  Metapoint Partners is a private investment group that acquires and grows small to medium-size manufacturing companies and has completed numerous successful acquisitions since its inception in 1988. This ownership group plans to provide the capital and leadership to further strengthen and grow the business both internally and through the acquisition of complimentary product lines and businesses. Our Management Team includes: David Dull, President/CEO Paul Descombes, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing Donnita Rockwell, Vice-President of Operations Founded in 1936, and acquired by Metapoint in 2003, Duncan’s history of market leadership is based on a strong technology and a dedicated customer fulfillment mind set.
