AutoProcess is the software that enables data to be tracked and posted to an organization’s general ledger, and allows Citation Management to effectively collect payment.
HANDHELD COMPUTER INTERFACE
· AutoPROCESS enables information to flow seamlessly from the handheld device that issued the system to the central database for processing and collection.
CITATION DATA ENTRY AND PROCESSSING PROGRAMS
· AutoPROCESS enables citation books to be assigned to officers, the manual entry of issued citations, an error report to verify the data, an edit listing and a posting program to transfer the data to the master files.
PAYMENT PROCESSING PROGRAMS
· AutoPROCESS enables citation payment entry for all payments except court and DMV processed citations, an edit list program of each payment batch, a payment posting program, an edit listing for a court and cash validation, and a returned check processing program.
CITATION INQUIRY MODULE
· The parking citation inquiry module contains several programs. These programs allow the user to obtain citation data from the master file based on multiple criteria such as: 1) vehicle license number, 2) street name, 3) citation status and date range, 4) citation number, 5) registered owner name, and other key fields as may be designated. A terminal or hardcopy option is available.
